Oppose- You have been here for a long time, however, I am afraid that I cannot support you at this time because of your low edit count. Also, I do not see that you have a need for the tools at this time based on your contributions. Even though you have been fairly active this past month, there have been months that you haven't edited at all. I didn't even know you belonged to this Wikipedia until earlier this month. Oppose - Actually, the number of edits doesn't matter primarily; we expect a number of edits, because throught those edits we can see how a user is familiar with the rules and processes we have on this wiki.
