I am requesting adminship as I have used Wikipedia for many years and have participated in a number of discussions and populated countless wiki pages. I took a break from the internet in general for about a year to focus on my mental health and could not login when I returned, so I went ahead and re-registered (same email, very weird).
Wikipedia has been one of my favorite sources for information as it has always represented the collective, yet objective knowledge of the people. With the recent geopolitical events, I have noticed that there is a growing number of articles that are either malicious in nature or simple unsubstantiated and unverifiable. After seeing how large the list is for deletion requests, I wish to volunteer my time to assist in keeping Wikipedia a reputable source for information for years to come. Due to personal circumstances, I can not contribute more than I have already financially (at least for now), however, I can certainly contribute my time and am happy to do so.
