Nomination by Goblin: I present to the community Barras for you consideration for Administratorship. Barras has been at the wiki since early January of this year, and has made a very positive impact on the wiki. He has over 200 quick deletion requests, about 30 ViP reports, and in addition he also alerts administrators to users that need blocking on IRC. He has written 2 GAs and almost 50% of his edits have been made to the article space - showing dedication to building the encyclopedia.     I'm very sorry about this last RfA. I was sure that BG7 was the nom. I really missunderstood this. I have seen this version first, and saw only BG7's signature and no other. I missunderstood his comment. If I don't understand something then I ask others for help. I am very sorry about this. I also know that I said I will wait until June, because I haven't not enough time for this in May. The thing is that I have now enough time. I wouldn't do this now, if I haven't got enough time and so I agreed. I don't want to decide difficult things with this admin-tools. With the tools I can help to fight against vandalism.
