The result of the discussion was: speedy deleted as F9. This image was only heavily used because it was in a navbox template. SchuminWeb (Talk) 00:05, 13 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]
- File:Lutheran elevation.jpg (delete | talk | history | logs).
- Uploaded as own work in 2010, but appeared on a blog in 2007.[1] Heavily used image, so I think that PUF may be better than {{db-f9}}. Stefan2 (talk) 12:39, 5 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]

- That seems rather to be a problem of Liz-N-Val who created the original. The uploader of the image however did either create a derivative of the artwork by photographing it in an exhibition or infringed the artists' copyright by picking the image from somewhere else. - Text says "free for non-commercial use." therefore CC-BY-SA is not valid license. As non-free it fails WP:NFC#UUI "15. An image of a newspaper article or other publication that contains long legible sections of copyrighted text. If the text is important as a source or quotation, it should be worked into the article in text form with the article cited as a source." Ronhjones (Talk) 21:25, 5 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]
