Delete - On 08:53, 8 June 2012, Armbrust moved page Wikipedia:WikiProject Council/Proposals/Wikiproject Signal Processing to Wikipedia:Wikiproject Signal Processing.[1] The original page was a 07:32, 22 September 2011‎ proposal to the WikiProject Council by an editor that hasn't edited since, well, 07:32, 22 September 2011,[2] making the proposal his last edit. -- Uzma Gamal (talk) 11:39, 8 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Recently I closed roughly 40 such proposals and non of them looked like this. See for example: Wikipedia:WikiProject Council/WikiProject ISS, Wikipedia:WikiProject Council/Proposals/Conservation-restoration and Wikipedia:WikiProject Council/Proposals/Mozilla (2nd nomination). Perhaps I'm misremembering, but I do seem to recall something like 4 or 5 in the last two years like that. ; In any case it was placed into Council's proposal space, so shouldn't it be treated as a malformed proposal? That's just it, not everyone will ever follow the instructions. Though unlike this one, they seemed to have just the framework substed in, with a title and a membership of one, and perhaps a description. As this one was created as a subpage under proposals, that would seem to indicate a malformed proposal, instead of a malplaced wikiproject. 70.24.251.208 (talk) 11:32, 9 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]
