The result of the discussion was Keep as a project with past activity that might be revived. Currently tagged as inactive. No prejudice against converting into a task force of a broader project, but that is left to editorial discretion. --RL0919 (talk) 20:00, 23 March 2011 (UTC)
Sub pages
Project started in 2008 and lasted about a year. Had 16 members, but discussions were largely circulars from non-members. Arguably nothing worth keeping. (There are two subpages, Wikipedia:WikiProject Tool/Collaboration of the Month, Wikipedia:WikiProject Tool/Assessment)--Kleinzach 08:26, 2 March 2011 (UTC)
- Delete per nom, nothing worth saving here. Also make sure all subpages are deleted. Ten Pound Hammer, his otters and a clue-bat • (Otters want attention) 13:06, 2 March 2011 (UTC)
- Keep as tagged. Nothing requiring deletion. Worthy of revival. --SmokeyJoe (talk) 12:02, 5 March 2011 (UTC)
- Keep Coherent whole, capable of being revived - pretty much per SmokeyJoe. Orderinchaos 09:28, 6 March 2011 (UTC)
- Change to task force per special:relatedchanges/Template:Tool (band). Kayau Voting IS evil 14:13, 6 March 2011 (UTC)
- Keep Why delete it when interest could be restored at some point? Pre-made project. Lara 16:47, 6 March 2011 (UTC)
- Tag with template:dormant or template:inactive. Tool are notable enough that there is a reasonable likelihood of >2 editors at some time in the future getting together to work on articles. There is no nothing to be gained by deleting this. Casliber (talk · contribs) 09:42, 7 March 2011 (UTC)
- Keep - No real need for deletion... and may in the future become active again. — Coffee // have a cup // essay // 04:46, 11 March 2011 (UTC)
- Keep - Inactivity is not a delete rationale. Redirect to bigger project, if desired. Mlm42 (talk) 01:47, 12 March 2011 (UTC)
- Delete per nom. Non-starter project. MoondogCoronation (talk) 11:08, 12 March 2011 (UTC)
- Keep. I don't see any critical need to delete this project; as has been noted, it could easily be picked up and revived. And, what's this? An attempted revival? I trust User:Jennavecia to get things moving again. UltraExactZZ Said ~ Did 14:13, 14 March 2011 (UTC)
- Per Kayau support Change to task force of Metal. Single band/artist projects are not sustainable, as shown by music project statistics. --Kleinzach 00:29, 15 March 2011 (UTC)
- Delete per nom, or change to taskforce.—indopug (talk) 02:30, 22 March 2011 (UTC)
