The result of the discussion was Redirected. If it were deleted, a redirect could be created and the deletion argument wouldn't apply to the redirect. So redirect carries the discussion. WilyD 11:01, 6 February 2013 (UTC)
Was created in 2011, but nothing has happened since. It doesn't even have a talk page. RockMagnetist (talk) 22:38, 24 January 2013 (UTC)
- Redirect to Wikipedia:WikiProject Ecoregions, which it explicitly names as similar, to which it is redundant (encompassed). --SmokeyJoe (talk) 23:48, 24 January 2013 (UTC)
- That sounds like a good alternative. I have proposed the idea at that project, along with another idea - making it a task force. RockMagnetist (talk) 01:15, 25 January 2013 (UTC)
- Actually, WikiProject Ecoregions qualifies as inactive, so maybe a redirect wouldn't do much good. RockMagnetist (talk) 21:54, 25 January 2013 (UTC)
- The redirect target was active, so it can be tagged inactive, but should not, itself, be redirected. A redirect to a currently inactive redirect is a reasonable action, better than deletion, and better than doing nothing. --SmokeyJoe (talk) 04:02, 26 January 2013 (UTC)
