The result of the debate was Userfied by an univolved editor, no need to discuss further (non-admin closing) Doug.(talk contribs) 04:59, 3 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I have created it on userspace. Well, the user created this in good faith, but I honestly don't see this to be a proper use of the project space. I have no problem with it being userfied, but shouldn't be here. Wizardman 19:06, 2 March 2008 (UTC) It looks like this debate is settled. It looks like we are going to userfy it. *Keep as it is Listen, the winner is selected by the users of wikipedia and NOT by me. It belongs on wikipedia namespace. Wikipedians vote on the winner. As I said, try to think of it as Wikipedian Idol. It isn't project space or else it would be Wikipedia:WikiProject I'm Proud to be a Wikipedian. You are right that I did create this in goo faith, but I created it not for me, but for every single user of wikipedia. This is a chance for wikipedians to be recongnized. If they are a candidate to be an administrator, you would most likely have a better chance of becoming one if they won or were runner up on this contest. This does belong on wikipedia namespace an is why I want to keep it on wikipedia namespace and not my userpage, because once again, I don't own it the users of wikipedia own it. Think of it as public property like a park. It belongs to everybody. It is the same thing with this. This page belongs to every single wikipedian so they can get recongnized. I believe I have proved my point. Signed with respect, Nothing444 19:25, 2 March 2008 (UTC) [reply]

  • Userfy the project namespace is generally used for policy pages, pages used for administration, and other official pages - not for contests like this (especially contests completely unrelated to encyclopedia-building). I also strongly object to the idea that winning this contest should be an advantage in an adminship request. Hut 8.5 20:23, 2 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]
  • Userfy or delete if original creator doesn't want this in his userspace. Inappropriate use of project space. VegaDark (talk) 20:41, 2 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]
  • I see now that it doesn't belong on wikipedia namespace. However, I have created the same thing on userspace. John Carter also suggested I put it on the Wikipedia Signpost. Signed with respect,Nothing444 21:11, 2 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]
  • Userfy per nom. CWii(Talk|Contribs) 21:27, 2 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]
  • userfy – per Hut 8.5, The Wikipedia project namespace is generally used for policy pages, pages used for administration, and other official pages. This page is irrelevant because it is completely unrelated to encyclopedia-building however it is suggested to be moved elsewhere in the userspace. NHJG 23:13, 2 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]
  • Comment. I moved it to userspace earlier today (though I was unaware of this MFD, sorry for not notifying of the move here earlier). · AndonicO Hail! 23:23, 2 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]
