Since Template:Db-deprecated was deleted, this process is no longer possible. On a sidenote, I think this project page was from the beginning redundant to WP:CSD.
The related categories are nominated for (speedy?) deletion at Wikipedia:Categories_for_discussion/Log/2014_January_4#Deprecated. It would perhaps make sense for this nomination to be closed after that Cfd nomination. Debresser (talk) 17:19, 4 January 2014 (UTC)
