User:Losing Cadence

This user page consists only of an article for a band which would not qualify for inclusion in Wikipedia. The user's username is identical to the band name and the user's only edits on Wikipedia have been on this specific page. Delete fails WP:UPNOT and would not make an article per WP:BAND. I have username-blocked the account (but will copy here anything they wish to say). Mind you, I don't blame them - we don't explain clearly enough at account creation time that we are not a site like Myspace or Facebook for people to write about themselves and their bands.
