Delete under WP:NOTWEBHOST. This doesn't fit into the provisions about giving leeway to editors otherwise making substantive contributions to the project. Not counting edits to a template that got deleted, this user has made a total of around a dozen edits outside of their user space. Delete: Divisive and racist content that goes beyond the leeway given for userspace. Also delete User:Greyfox-csa/Sandbox which appears to be in the same category. Special:Diff/140536559 indicates that they used WPUSA as a starting template for this WikiProject CSA ambition. It currently includes a member list who never signed up for it (hidden in userbox table, due to bad syntax).
