These pages are part of the old mechanism for indicating to Template:Zh whether to put traditional Chinese before simplified Chinese. See e.g. the documentation for details. - I found one more, Template:Zh/preload, which seems to be a test/default/example for the old process, wasn't actually used by it and certainly isn't used now, so I've added it as well.--JohnBlackburnewordsdeeds 00:01, 5 May 2014 (UTC)
