Keep: Per Editors matter. Redirect to Template:User css-4 or Template:User css-5. As the nom notes, "no one is a native speaker of a programming language". I don't see how the essay Wikipedia:Editors matter applies in this case... will anyone who uses this template be made unhappy (or even notice) if it is replaced by the level-4 or level-5 template, especially if their userpages are not edited (i.e., if the template is redirected). –Black Falcon ^(talk) 18:47, 26 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]
