The result of the discussion was: speedy redirect to Voicenotes. And add {{copied}} for attribution. ♠PMC♠ (talk) 05:49, 17 May 2018 (UTC)
There has been an article called "Voicenotes" and I believe that we don't need to keep the draft of this article. Raritydash (talk) 05:09, 17 May 2018 (UTC)
- Jesus lord, what a nightmare tangle of a history. We actually do need to keep the draft to preserve attribution per WP:HISTMERGE, because they were developed in parallel and then one was copy-pasted to the other. I'm going to speedily redirect this to the mainspace version, then add {{Copied}} to the talk pages of both to make the attribution clear. ♠PMC♠ (talk) 05:22, 17 May 2018 (UTC)
- Alright, whatever it is, I guess it'll do. I haven't really thought of what to with this draft. Raritydash (talk) 05:27, 17 May 2018 (UTC)
- Proper attribution is important for licensing reasons. In most cases with a mainspace article that was copy-pasted out of draft, with only one author, you can just redirect the one to the other, or do a histmerge if you have to, but this is something else entirely. In at least three separate cases people fiddled with the draft then just copy-pasted the content straight over to the article. Ugh. ♠PMC♠ (talk) 05:39, 17 May 2018 (UTC)
