The result of the discussion was: keep . And merge somewhere, I don't care where. Someone who knows how to do advanced math can decide. ♠PMC♠ (talk) 01:07, 9 March 2018 (UTC)
Another math stub on the G13 list. Deleted and restored once already. Legacypac (talk) 09:36, 28 February 2018 (UTC)
Keep/Merge: This is a notable topic. We can also merge it with Differential graded algebra (and split off the section later as needed). —- Taku (talk) 10:51, 28 February 2018 (UTC)- Delete/Merge: This is essentially another name for Chain complex. D.Lazard (talk) 18:17, 28 February 2018 (UTC)
No, I don’t think so. If I understand, it is a generalization of a chain complex. —- Taku (talk) 20:00, 28 February 2018 (UTC)- Sorry, I think you’re right (see my edits on the draft); merging it into chain complex then makes sense. —- Taku (talk) 20:12, 28 February 2018 (UTC)
- Merge into differential graded algebra. When R is just a ring, a dg-module over R is indeed nothing but a chain complex of R-modules. This concept becomes relevant only when R is a dg-algebra. I don't think a separate article is needed, it's a straightforward generalization of a notion from ring theory to dg-algebras. Dpirozhkov (talk) 23:36, 6 March 2018 (UTC)
