~~Procedural~~ keep ~~unless nominator provides a valid reason for deletion~~. Nom has also attempted to apply various speedy tags, none of which were applicable. Keep and warn the nominator about tendentious or frivolous tagging for speedy deletion. (One nomination at MFD, even if stupid, is not tendentious.
