Draft:BookMyShow

Likely entirely commissioned work that has been heavily edited by at least one UPE family. Article has been deleted 3 times in mainspace, both under the CSD criteria and at AfD. This draft has been declined 7 times in over a year. It's not going to mainspace anytime soon, it is likely a promotional commissioned work, and it has no place on Wikipedia, even as a draft. There's been more deletions than that, at (at least!) BookMyShow, Bookmyshow, and BookMyShow.com; and more declines in deleted revisions of Draft:BookMyShow. Previous discussions at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Bookmyshow and Wikipedia:Deletion review/Log/2016 December 28.
I'm a little concerned that we may be in a late-stage User:JzG/And the band played on... situation. The website may well be notable - this is, as stated at the DRV, a top-50 site in India and top-1000 site worldwide - but their own attempts to get it a Wikipedia article started so early, so obviously, so poorly, and so persistently that it's going to be impossible for it to get a fair hearing now. Special:Search/bookmyshow is daunting, whether you see it as a list of references we need to clean up, or as anecdotal evidence we've been making the wrong call.
After attempts yesterday to rename the draft and cleanse it of its rejection history, I fully expected my first pre-coffee action today to be G4ing it out of mainspace at some title we'd missed salting. This is going to need title blacklisting to keep it out, if deleted; without the draft as a honeypot to spot re-creations, we're sure to miss it when it inevitably shows up at Book my Show.com or whatever. —Cryptic 05:30, 4 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Comment: You need to look at it with an open mind, this is not the same article as earlier. All those discussions treated it as a company WP:CORP, when it was actually a website WP:WEB. It has been significantly edited to reflect that and for the NPOV issues. So I don't think the previous discussions/AFDs based on that are applicable now. Even if WP:CORP is considered, I strongly believe it satisfies the condition. Considering its history, some users are not ready to accept it, no matter whatever improvements has been made. This website company is not going to stop trying to get on Wikipedia. How about we create a mainspace page on them, short and factual, and then lock it at 30/500. Any other attempts can be redirected at that mainspace page. Legacypac (talk) 16:50, 4 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]
