This page is to help coordinate meetups of Wikipedians from the Metro Detroit and nearby areas in Southeast Michigan. This meetup group is closely associated with the Michigan WikiProject's Detroit task force. Also see Ann Arbor meetup group for Ann Arbor area, and University of Michigan oriented meetups.
Great American Wiknic 2011
[edit]The first meetup for this group is planned to conincide with the Great American Wiknic events of 2011. The current plan involves having the Wiknic at Wayne State University's Campus, as a part of the Detroit Windsor International Film Festival Tech Fair. More details to follow.
