Requests for assessment

Editors can self-assess articles against the five B-class criteria^(FAQ) up to and including C-Class. If you have made significant improvements to an article against one or more of B-class criteria and would like an outside opinion on a new rating for it, please feel free to list it below, specifying which criteria you have worked on. If you feel unable to assess against one or more of the B-class criteria, please say so when posting. Requests for formal A-Class review should be made at the review department. Please consider entering articles you have improved in the military history article writing contest.

Experienced assessors are encouraged to take a look at Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Military history/Coordinators#AutoCheck report for May and check a few of ≈ B-Class assessments. Feel free to downgrade them if you consider they don't meet one or more the criteria. Please also delete any that you have checked. See also Wikipedia:WikiProject Spaceflight/Assessment, whose articles often overlap with military history topics.

• RMAF Regiment - Made some edits, mostly minor. Just stumbled on it. Ominae (talk) 03:35, 29 May 2025 (UTC)

  @Ominae: need to review these articles a little more carefully - unless someone else gets to them first. In the meantime, please add a citation to the Colonel-in-Chief section. It can be assessed no higher than C class without the citation Thanks Donner60 (talk) 09:32, 31 May 2025 (UTC)

• RMAF Jugra Air Base - Same as above.

  @Ominae: This article also needs a little more careful review. Again, please add citations for the A new ground force squadron was established here subsection and tenant units section. The article can be assessed no higher than C class without them. Donner60 (talk) 09:44, 31 May 2025 (UTC)

• Military industry of Egypt - Article has been reassessed to B-class after major rework, but it is still rated as start-class in this WikiProject. Should be reassessed here too. I am not sure if it is appropriate to just change it myself after normal reassessment. --Turnopoems 𓋹 ✎ 14:22, 29 May 2025 (UTC)

  I have reassessed this article as C class with this edit summary: "reassess as C class for military history project and in banner shell for other projects; meets b5, appears to meet b2 though perhaps more is available in sources; fails b1 - one paragraph ends with a fact without a citation; some entries in Major entities lack citations in the sources column for those entries."
