Hello, thank you for taking a look at my request & for leaving your comment. The image is from Instagram and I wasn't sure where to exactly find the license information. Apologies in advance as I'm new to this and I understand that you're not under any obligation to help me out in my task, but would Instagram's Term of Use be sufficient for it? (https://help.instagram.com/581066165581870) I found a paragraph that stated "When you share, post, or upload content that is covered by intellectual property rights (like photos or videos) on or in connection with our Service, you hereby grant to us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable, worldwide license to host, use, distribute, modify, run, copy, publicly perform or display, translate, and create derivative works of your content (consistent with your privacy and application settings)." but I wasn't quite sure if that would suffice for the photo to be uploaded to Wikipedia. @Adonissbiaeh: No, that’s not the appropriate license. That just allows Instagram to use any photos on their platform at their leisure. It does not relate to any users of their service and does not allow others to use a photo unless released by the rights owner. You stated the photo is available under a CC BY-SA 3.0 license, but there is no evidence that the rights owner of the photo released it under any license, which means this photo is unable to be used outside of a possible WP:FAIRUSE context. cyberdog958^Talk 19:09, 5 April 2025 (UTC)

Ah I see, thank you so much for your response. I was trying to follow the license of the previously uploaded photo within 'Hong Isaac' article, as I couldn't quite figure out which license this particular photo should be under- looks like I have to go back to square one and inquire the following link to figure out where would be the correct place for me to upload (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Media_copyright_questions)(please do advise if there is a better route!). File upload request declined. Just like your last FFU request, there is no source information on the website linked that indicates the copyright of that particular recording of the anthem. The website confusingly states CopyLeft Lake, 2001-2025 at the bottom with a normal copyright symbol. oppose Editor has received a L1 UPE warning for editing on behalf of their putative client, plus UAA for promotional username.
