File:Old logo Aserca Airlines (2007-2012).png (delete | talk | history | links | logs) – uploaded by AbchyZa22 (notify | contribs | uploads | upload log).

The rationale used here is surely incorrect, stating that "The significance of the logo is to help the reader identify the brand, assure the readers that they have reached the right article". This is no longer the organisation's logo, it hasn't been in use for 13 years and has been replaced in the infobox with the current logo. I don't think having multiple old logos in the article falls under fair use and therefore this should be deleted - or some better rationale should be given intstead of an out-of-the-box templated rationale. 10mmsocket (talk) 07:47, 28 October 2025 (UTC)[reply]

This is not the current logo for the organisation, it is no longer in use and has been replaced by the new logo in the article infobox. Thus the fair use claim "The significance of the logo is to help the reader identify the brand, assure the readers that they have reached the right article" here is invalid and should either be changed to something that is not templated, or the file should be deleted. 10mmsocket (talk) 08:01, 28 October 2025 (UTC)[reply]

File:Sample of YTP - The Decayer App by Jimmy Davis.ogg (delete | talk | history | links | logs) – uploaded by RockosModernLifeFan848 (notify | contribs | uploads | upload log).

The article body does not make any mention of this particular YTP. In addition, given the user-generated character of the medium, it should be possible for anyone to create their own YTP using public domain or freely licensed content and add it to the article. ―Howard🌽33 16:49, 28 October 2025 (UTC)[reply]

I actually attempted to create a public domain YTP - File:YouTube Poop - Guns Fucking Rule!.webm on Commons - and it was rejected from the article because Wikipedian-generated examples were considered inauthentic. This non-free addition was the result of a discussion about that, and an inability to find any truly free-use YTPs under Creative Commons (based on sources like government content or The Dover Boys), and I chose Decayer App due to being based on an easily recognisable source material and its musical nature meaning it could be shown without visuals. I personally find it odd that someone would remove your video for being "Wikipedian-generated" given that YTPs are, for the most part, amateur productions by independent users. However, if Wikipedian-generated YTPs are not permitted, then the fair use video/audio used should still be discussed in the body of the article (with citations). The article as it stands makes no mention of the Decayer App YTP. ―Howard🌽33 22:04, 30 October 2025 (UTC)[reply]
I would advise reading through YouTube Poop's talk page and, should you still want to do it, put up a discussion about reinstating Guns Fucking Rule or adding the other YTP viewable on Commons (a Steamboat Willie one, I'm personally against that one because there's no sentence mixing) RockosModernLifeFan848 (talk) 01:38, 2 November 2025 (UTC)[reply]
@RockosModernLifeFan848: As it stands, the YTPs explicitly named in the article body are "I'D SAY HE'S HOT ON OUR TAIL" and "The Sky Had a Weegee". If you used one of these videos or audios to illustrate the article it would be more justifiable. ―Howard🌽33 10:53, 2 November 2025 (UTC)[reply]
I actually did put in a non-free clip from The Sky Had a Weegee at one point, but it was labled as a copyright violation by someone immediately and taken down without a discussion. RockosModernLifeFan848 (talk) 10:57, 2 November 2025 (UTC)[reply]
@RockosModernLifeFan848: I will try re-uploading with a detailed fair use justification. ―Howard🌽33 12:04, 2 November 2025 (UTC)[reply]
I have uploaded a clip of the video here File:The Sky Had A Weegee clip.webm and added it to the article with citations. ―Howard🌽33 13:12, 2 November 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Invalid non-free use rationale - does not provide NFCC#1 or #2 and is clearly immediately replaceable by File:One-Health-Triad-en.png -- Reconrabbit 20:51, 28 October 2025 (UTC)[reply]
