Keep since the point of the file is to show the perpetrator and not the shirt. Perpetrators of crimes often have their photo in the article about the act they committed. The file increases the readers comprehension of the shooting thereby passing WP:NFCC. Aspects (talk) 04:54, 11 October 2025 (UTC)[reply]
I don't know about the shirt stuff, but they committed a borderline hate crime (gore-inspired violent-extremism is ideologically difficult to pin down).
