I don't think this is reasonable fair use. It would be entirely possible to create a free alternative to this diagram, thereby failing the "Not replaceable" criterion. Hemiauchenia (talk) 17:19, 25 May 2025 (UTC)
- Wikimedia should let uploaders know of this policy when uploading (during the upload process, I did not see the non replaceable criterion). Indeed it can be replicated and replaced. Is there some kind of noticeboard I can put it on for people to replicate? NorthernWinds (talk) 17:37, 25 May 2025 (UTC)
- Delete per WP:NFCC#1. The file upload wizard already requires uploaders to confirm that they "have read the Wikipedia rules on Non-Free Content" and lets them know that they will need to demonstrate "It cannot be replaced by any other, free illustration that might yet be created". hinnk (talk) 20:16, 27 May 2025 (UTC)
