It seems like this cover artwork was only used in Spain for promotional purposes, and I cannot find a region in which this artwork was used for a commercial release. Most people will not be familiar with a promotional artwork since it was not distributed publicly, so I believe removing this file would not be detrimental to the readers' understanding of "Secret Smile", especially since the artwork used for Europe and Australia is already in the article.
