Original file was overwritten with a promotional photo. See this article which uses a version of the photo predating the upload. The original file appears to be properly license. I propose the overwritten file be deleted and the original file retained with original description restored. Whpq (talk) 03:01, 22 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Scotland is part of the UK and presumably has a low threshold of originality and no freedom of panorama for 2D graphic works. Image is not used anywhere.
