One of images was kept by default per "no consensus" decision on FFD discussion about huge amount of mass shooter images. The image of the perpetrator of 2011 Grand Rapids mass murder is used in the article, but I have concerns about its compliance with WP:NFCC#8. I am struggling to decide whether the perpetrator image improves understanding of the tragic event and whether deleting the image would affect the understanding of that event. I still disagree with the decision made on the mass-nomination discussion. However, that mass-nom discussion was relisted several times and lasted months without much improvement, despite further votes. I hope this fresher nomination can clean up the messy mass-nomination made there. George Ho (talk) 05:20, 5 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]

I fail to see how this image meet WP:NFCC, the appearance of Lara Croft in Fortnite was minor. Moreoever, there is no extensive, meaningful commentary of her appearance in this game, thus the file should be deleted. Spy-cicle💥 ^Talk? 17:02, 5 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Delete - I removed the image from the Lara Croft article per WP:NFCC#10c. The only rationale provided is for use in the Fortnite Battle Royale where the stated purpose is just boilerplate verbiage. Lara croft in the Battle Royale article is literally a minor mention which cannot possibly justify this image under WP:NFCC#8. -- Whpq (talk) 18:08, 9 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]

I have tried to follow this file to the stated source at https://lowtierjunko-wikia.fandom.com/wiki/LowTierGod?file=LowTierGod.jpg only to receive a "Not Found" error. The file is present on https://www.marca.com/esports/otros-juegos/2020/09/16/5f61c7d5268e3ee46f8b45f2.html which has a copyright notice at the foot of the page. It seems to me that permission needs to be sent via WP:OTRS or that this file is not under a valid licence

Pictures without camera details tend to be suspect. We require a very much better declaration of source and/or permissions. Potential copyright violation Fiddle Faddle 19:17, 5 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Tragically, the Wiki from which it was pulled ("Low Tier Junko" wiki) for both that upload and by that article you posted has been deleted. How might that affect this situation? --DawnDusk (talk) 17:10, 6 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Delete - Wikia / fandom is not a good source for images as all of the material is user contributed without oversight on copyrights. The Marca site attibutes Wikia for the photo so the copyright status of marca.com is not relevant. This looks to be a publicity photo.
