tagged OTRS received for 5 months. After reviewing the associated OTRS ticket, I believe it is unlikely that permission will be confirmed FASTILY 03:06, 22 November 2020 (UTC)
- Comment - the EXIF shows the author of the image is "DAISY WILLEMS". The photographer has already provided OTRS permission for another photo which looks to be from the same session hosted on Commons. See c:File:Amira Willighagen photo by Daisy Willems released to use by Jimmy Futch.jpg, but unless there is confirmed OTRS confirmation for this image either with a separate ticket or if it is covered under the ticket used at Commons, then the license is unverified and the image should be removed. -- Whpq (talk) 18:48, 22 November 2020 (UTC)

- Delete - Permission is not confirmed. Conversion to fair use would not be an option as this image is not the subject of significant sourced commentary in the article. As something to just show an example of her work, c:File:Dickens and the Card Players by Nancy Cadogan.jpg is an OTRS confirmed image of her work that is freely licensed. -- Whpq (talk) 18:56, 22 November 2020 (UTC)
What do you need from the artist to confirm permission? She is happy for the image to be used in any way and as far as I knew had sent permission for both images. Clarification would be great, I find the CP rules on wiki really hard. RisenFall (talk) 10:13, 23 November 2020 (UTC) RisenFall

This might be a copyright violation. It is suspicious to me that the uploader is the creator of what appears to be an official photograph of a royal who passed away in 1978. Kohlrabi Pickle (talk) 05:07, 22 November 2020 (UTC)

I see no reason at all to keep a local copy of this. User:We hope/User:Renamed user 995577823Xyn added {{Keeplocal}} on without any explanation (and also has this on a ton of their files for no reason that I can see). DemonDays64 (talk) 08:55, 22 November 2020 (UTC)
