This is a non-free image of a mythical creature. The non-free usage rationale provides no explanation of how WP:NFCC#1 and WP:NFCC#2 are satisfied. Given this is a mythical creature of folklore, one would expect that there may be depictions that are now in the public domain due to the age of the image. There is no specific URL for the source image, but instead a website of Artstation.com is provided which is insufficient for WP:NFCC#4. https://www.artstation.com/about/artists/sell-goods shows that artists using the site also use it to sell the their creations, and as such, the use of this image fails WP:NFCC#2. • Delete. The non-free use rationale ("The article as a whole is dedicated specifically to a discussion of this work.") is false. The article is not about this pictorial artwork or about the career of the artist who created it. The artist is not even mentioned. The WP:NFCC#s are not relevant in such a case, since the commentary is not even about the copyrighted work, which is the basic prerequisite before considering anything else. The mythological creature is not the copyrighted work. The artwork is the copyrighted work. -- Asclepias (talk) 19:32, 7 July 2019 (UTC)
