This non-free image states that it is the cover page of the book. This cover page is both the front and back covers and includes the "about the author" copyrighted text on the back cover. As the purpose of the image is for visual identification, the front cover would suffice. As used it fails WP:NFCC#3b. Recommend cropping to leave only the front cover. Purely decorative image, used only to illustrate the lineup of performers who recorded an album together. That information is perfectly conveyed by text, as is done in thousands of album articles. The Big Bad Wolfowitz (aka Hullaballoo). Treated like dirt by many administrators since 2006. (talk) 21:26, 13 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Delete The image was originally used in Kaleidoscope (Siouxsie and the Banshees album) where it was removed for not having any critical commentary. It was moved to Budgie (musician) where it still does not have any critical commentary and there is already an infobox image of the musician for identification purpose, so the purpose in the fair use rationale is incorrect and the image fails WP:NFCC#3a and WP:NFCC#8. People really don't have a lot of musical culture. John McGeoch (died in 2004) is one of the most revered musicians of all time for alternative rock bands, this is why this picture matters. it shows that this musician worked with McGeoch. Hullabaloo has spent the entire past 12 months to delete all the pictures on Siouxsie and the banshees related articles, it is harassment. this person thinks that wikipedia turns around him/her. Delete per above. I could possibly see keeping this if the photo itself was somehow the subject of sourced critical commentary discussed somewhere in the article, but it's not needed just to show what Budgie (or any other members of the band for that matter) looked like during this period of the band's history per WP:NFC#CS (WP:NFCC#8). -- Marchjuly (talk) 08:04, 16 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to discuss Hullabaloo Wolfowitz's behavior then this is not really the best place to do so. You might also want to read WP:AOHA and WP:HA#NOT because you're going to be ask to provide diffs in support if you're going to accuse others of harassment. You'll also have a better chance of convincing others that the file should be kept if you try to explain why in terms of relevant policies and guidelines than if you simply commenting on other editors. I don't think the reader needs to see an image of McGeoch and Budgie to understand the two were in the same band. If a non-free image is really needed for that purpose, then there's one in being used Siouxsie and the Banshees#Kaleidoscope, Juju and A Kiss in the Dreamhouse (1980–1982) (File:Siouxsie and the banshees 1981's line-up with John McGeoch.jpg) which shows basically the same thing. The same four people are shown in both photos, and you don't need two non-free files to provide basically the same encyclopedic information per WP:NFCC#3a. I could see how it might be argued that such a file is needed in the main article about the band, but I don't see any reason to justify such an image in any article about the individual members of the band. -- Marchjuly (talk) 00:14, 17 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]
