Non-free image being used in 1982 Sri Lankan presidential election "for visual identification of the election candidate". There is no significant sourced discussion about the image, and there is no need to for visual identification of the person to understand the topic of the article which is the election. Comment: "it would be better" is not the same thing as the image increasing understanding of the article. Image has no bearing on understanding the election. Abzeronow (talk) 17:27, 11 April 2019 (UTC)
- Delete. Exactly nothing in the article requires a visual aid to be understood. Textbook NFCC#8 violation. The Big Bad Wolfowitz (aka Hullaballoo). Treated like dirt by many administrators since 2006. (talk) 14:45, 13 April 2019 (UTC)
