Decorative non-free use of former logos in Guangzhou Evergrande Taobao F.C.#Crest history. Non-free use in image galleries is almost never allowed per WP:NFG because the context required for non-free use by WP:NFCC#8 is almost never provided. In this particular case, none of these former logo are themeselves the subject of any sourced critical commentary within the article and there is also no sourced dicussion about how the team's branding has changed over the years. Simply wanting to show the logos is not sufficient justification for non-free use; there needs to be more of a connection between article content and logo, otherwise removing them from the article will not be detrimental to the reader's understanding in anyway. Suggest delete for all these files unless they can some be better incorportated into the article in support of sourced article content. -- Marchjuly (talk) 05:14, 6 October 2017 (UTC)

Decorative use of non-free product images in Devils Peak Brewing Company#Range. The non-free use of these various product images might be acceptable if used as the primary means of identification in stand-alone articles about the individual productes themselves, but the way they are being used in the company's article is decorative and lacks the context required for non-free use by WP:NFCC#8. None of these images are being used to support any sourced discussion of the image itself or the particular form of branding chosen for each product, but rather are being used as if the article was a product catalog for the company. This type of use is quite similar to using non-free album covers in discographies, which is something Wikipedia's non-free content use policy simply does not allow. Suggest delete for all of these images unless the NFCC#8 issues with respect to the company's article can be sufficiently addressed or the images can be moved to stand-alone articles about the particular product. -- Marchjuly (talk) 05:37, 6 October 2017 (UTC)

There's no source, so I can't tell if this is the correct logo. A reverse image search found two external pages, [1] and [2], but it looks as if their copy of the logo might be an upscaled copy of our copy. Also, unless this is a fake logo, {{PD-self}} is obviously wrong. Stefan2 (talk) 21:09, 6 October 2017 (UTC)
- Also, User:Marchjuly pointed out that the Russian and Ukrainian Wikipedia copies of the logo list a dead link as source. --Stefan2 (talk) 21:14, 6 October 2017 (UTC)
- Logo would definitely be fairuse if we could find a source. I searched through some of the older IIHF Ice Times newsletters but couldn't find a logo. This file may have to be deleted due to a lack of a source. Salavat (talk) 06:43, 7 October 2017 (UTC)
