Per c:COM:PACKAGING this is a derivative work of a likely copyrighted package. Which means it definitely isn't public domain. Majora (talk) 03:37, 19 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]

File:Classics Live - The Logical Song (Single) by Roger Hodgson.jpg (delete | talk | history | links | logs) – uploaded by Iridescentbutterfly (notify | contribs | uploads | upload log).

There is no official artwork for this song. The uploaded graphic image was created by a fan. The song was not released as a single, anyway. Binksternet (talk) 08:08, 19 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]

The file was uploaded after a dispute over an attempt to use the album cover as a fair use cover for the single (though there is nothing to indicate it was a single). The upload claims the image is from the label's website, but I haven't been able to find it there. The extended info for the image says it was created the day it was uploaded, using Photoshop. It appears to be the album cover image with the song title added. It seems likely that it was created by the uploader in an act of an overly zealous fan. They hadn't commented on this xfd prior to being blocked for sock puppetry for a week. I rather expect the file (a copyright violation, I assume) will be gone by the time they are able to return. - SummerPhDv2.0 03:13, 22 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]

File:Goth Felicity Smoak (Arrow).jpeg (delete | talk | history | links | logs) – uploaded by Daff22 (notify | contribs | uploads | upload log).

A picture of her as "goth" doesn't seem to be fair use to me when another picture of her is in the article. Emir of Wikipedia (talk) 17:28, 19 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Keep - I added the image as I felt it added context to the understanding of the character (as per NFCC criterion 8), and changes to both her outward appearance and lifestyle choices over a period of time. Daff22 (talk) 10:31, 21 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]
