Comment - Fair use rational edited to dispute deletion: I believe the picture is useful to create a better, more informative article, it is not essential, but helpful. The picture is a subject of commentary, is is a family photo of the article subject in the discussed period of time with his family. after being notified i have expanded my research on the image and tried to get permission, i was not able to do so, the image is available in numerous other website (almost explosively Arabic), none provided any information regarding original publisher or permissions. The Image is used to provide information regarding the era and the stage of events (location) during the period of article subject life, it is used to establish a historical timeline of events in the article subject life. In the Image: Khalida Saeed (Arabic wikipedia خالده سعيد) known literary figure, the picture is used as a mean of visual identification Nedal Ali Thabt (talk) 03:43, 15 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Delete Fails WP:NFCC as replaceable by text and not sufficiently important for the understanding of the article. This article has several fair use images. Unnecessary local lower-resolution version of commons:File:WWE Champion Seth Rollins raw (cropped).jpg. Doesn't technically qualify for CSD F8 because the Commons file is a jpg and this is a png, but I don't see a need for a lower-resolution png here in lieu of a higher-resolution jpg there.
