Orphaned and unlikely to be used. The image was uploaded for Wikipedia talk:Articles for creation/Mario Mairena Eriksson, which was twice declined on grounds of "subject appears to be a non-notable athlete". One edition of the article said that he was with Floriana F.C., whose article doesn't mention him. All this is to say that he's not likely notable, so we're not going to use this image to illustrate him. It seems thoroughly useless for any other purpose, or I'd move it to Commons, but there's no point in moving something that doesn't fit the project scope over there.
