the uploader claim the picture to be his own work, it's actually from a public forum and have protected rights. The picture is not Commons material. The girl in the picture is from Nubia, southern Egypt not Yemen and the forum he took the picture from does prove this fact--يوسف حسين (talk) 13:50, 15 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]
