The rationale doesn't make sense. This is not a sculpture. And it says "The author of the image has released the photographic work under a free license, or it is in the public domain: http://en.shisu.edu.cn/enabout/2011/2011,enabout,000664.shtml" yet the site is copyrighted Anna Frodesiak (talk) 17:44, 28 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]

It's a scene of Data and his twin Lore. So because you don't "understand" it, means it should be deleted? BTW someone updated the file and deleted my description which was "The purpose of this image is to help identify the episode that is the subject of the article "Datalore". It was chosen as a notable or memorable scene that is believed to best help characterize the episode. It helps in the description and commentary of the plot by illustrating a potion of it. Delete. We don't do "notable or memorable scene that is believed to best help characterize the episode". The criteria for NFC are much more strict: an image can only be used if it helps understand the content of the article in such a way that understanding would be seriously hampered without it.
