- Delete There is no critical commentary about this screenshot per the guideline at WP:NFCI but rather just a simple description. The uploader's non-free use rationale does not explain why the image is in the article and why it is not replaceable with a textual description. There's a good reason we require detailed rationales: only certain, very specific uses of non-free content are OK, and we must be careful not to stray outside of those use cases. If someone does find a good use for such an image, someone with sufficient Windows 7 knowledge can recreate it at a higher level of quality. PleaseStand (talk) 14:59, 15 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]
