I realise i may not have (probably not) listed these properly but the instructiongs aren't clear enough for me and i am unsure how to add the appropriate tag to the file page. Thanks for your understanding Jenova20 14:26, 12 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Allowance of Fair Use is not a Fair Use Rationale. ViperSnake151 Talk 15:34, 12 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]
- I don't understand - what is wrong? why isn't it? I wonder if the Smithsonian realises that giving permission for fair use is not sufficient for Wiki to use it. I think that it is being used fairly. Chienlit (talk) 16:09, 12 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]
- WP:NFCC requires that all non-free media have a detailed rationale discussing why the image can be used on each article it is used in. That is not a valid rationale, as it does not explain why its use would significantly increase the readers' understanding of the topic (NFCC #8) ViperSnake151 Talk 16:49, 12 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]
- Delete Source is {{bsr}} (so it's not really any real source). Item might be still be on display somewhere and if so the photo fails WP:NFCC#1. --Stefan2 (talk) 20:31, 13 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Unnecessary non-free image of a living woman. Note that we even already have a free video of the person in question and 'no, the reader does not need to see what the two months old toddler looked like at the time of her death. damiens.rf 16:58, 12 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Disagree with nomination. Azaria is not living, and i am afraid that it is not up to us to decide what reader should not see. There is not need to delete this image, as that case is internationally known, and it is good for reader to see two months old toddler. --WhiteWriterspeaks 22:51, 13 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]
- keep The wikipedia article is on the death of Azaria Chamberlain, not her mother. So this image serves a purpose of showing an image of the deceased toddler where no other free images are available. --Leoboudv (talk) 23:28, 13 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]
- Note that the subject of the article (Azaria Chamberlain) doesn't seem to appear in the OGV file used in the article. Thus, no free photo can be obtained from the video. --Stefan2 (talk) 23:31, 13 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]
- I believe photographs are a vital part of an encyclopedia. If we have a photograph of Al Capone, or Margaret Thatcher, or Steve Jobs, why not a photo of any subject of study? cheers Billyshiverstick (talk) 23:37, 13 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]
- Perhaps someone could contact Lindy herself and ask if she objects? Otherwise I agree with Billyshiverstick. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 203.9.151.254 (talk • contribs)

Decorative use of a non-free image. While the event depicted on this image is notable, this image is not, and it's not necessary or helpful for the understanding of the event. It's just an aerial shot showing the abandoned cars of the policemen killed in the event. It's no surprise the image is used just as an infobox decoration. damiens.rf 18:25, 12 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Fails WP:NFCC#3a. The article already has a different cover image: File:WayTooCold.jpg. Stefan2 (talk) 19:26, 12 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]
- Kanye cleared it up in a Twitter post, as I previously mentioned, "Easy4me"'s contributions indicate a tendency to revert other people's edits to comply with his standards. An administrator deleted the file, but I reuploaded the iTunes one in good faith. Source: https://twitter.com/kanyewest/status/213686642689581058/photo/1 Ellomate (talk) 00:42, 18 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]
- What exactly does the Twitter post have to do with this deletion discussion? The article still has an excessive amount of non-free cover illustrations for this product. The only thing which has happened is that the other file has got a different file name: File:WAyTooCold.jpg. --Stefan2 (talk) 14:51, 20 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]
- The odd capitalization was not my doing. There was an upload war that took place prior to an admin deleting the image previously on Commons. I do agree, however, that the image resolution may be a bit too high. That said, how exactly is (2) covers excessive? Ellomate (talk) 06:07, 22 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]
