WP:NFCC requires that all non-free media have a detailed rationale discussing why the image can be used on each article it is used in. That is not a valid rationale, as it does not explain why its use would significantly increase the readers' understanding of the topic (NFCC #8) ViperSnake151 Talk 16:49, 12 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Is it on display? Why doesn't someone just take a picture of it and add it to the pedia. Personally I think this is a pretty low quality picture anyway so maybe its better just to get a new one rather than fight about whether is free use. Kumioko (talk)

Disagree with nomination. Azaria is not living, and i am afraid that it is not up to us to decide what reader should not see. Decorative use of a non-free image. While the event depicted on this image is notable, this image is not, and it's not necessary or helpful for the understanding of the event. It's just an aerial shot showing the abandoned cars of the policemen killed in the event. Kanye cleared it up in a Twitter post, as I previously mentioned, "Easy4me"'s contributions indicate a tendency to revert other people's edits to comply with his standards. An administrator deleted the file, but I reuploaded the iTunes one in good faith. - What exactly does the Twitter post have to do with this deletion discussion? The article still has an excessive amount of non-free cover illustrations for this product.   - The odd capitalization was not my doing. There was an upload war that took place prior to an admin deleting the image previously on Commons.
