Keep It is important to the article because Hopeful has hardly any buildings as an unincorporated town. The fire department, general store, baptist church, and a peanut company (all of which are pictured in the article) are the only buildings that the central part of the town has. It's use in the article is to better illustrate the town by showing all of the public buildings, of which there are very few. Upon searching no other non copyrighted images of this building exist. The copyright holder has contacted me through personal email and granted me use of this image for educational and informative use on Wikipedia. Further permission can be obtained if formally requested. This falls under # Wikipedia:NFCC#1 (No free equivalent exists) and # Wikipedia:NFCC#8 due to the fact that it is to better illustrate a community that has so few public buildings.Violeta123321 (talk) 04:20 5 June 2011 (UTC) —Preceding undated comment added 04:20, 5 June 2011 (UTC).[reply]

- Delete. Aside from the merits of its inclusion in the article (a discussion we wouldn't be having if this were a free image), it's easily replaceable as in "someone, maybe not the uploader, but someone, can go there and shoot a picture of their own and upload under a free license." The image has no rationale that addresses how it significantly increases reader's understanding, and I cannot see what this image is beyond decorative.
