This file is described as allowable for Fair Use due to it being low resolution. In fact the file is 1,579 × 2,255 pixels. It's also in an inappropriate file format (jpg) for a bitmap file.

I've created a PNG version of the file (File:Nicole Hollander Self Portrait.png) in a much lower resolution.

Weak Delete, albeit for a different reason. From reading the article, this smells of recentism and tabloid reporting rather than something that should be given disproportionately large billing in a BLP. Please see fair use. Under American law (Wikipedia is located in America and therefore subject to its laws), copyrighted works can be used in certain cases without permission. Photo of a 14th or 15th century Italian jug being used under a claim of fair use.
