Orphan - The file is not used on any pages in Wikipedia. Unencyclopedic - The file doesn't seem likely to be useful in this encyclopedia (or for any Wikimedia project). I uploaded this photo under my old user name years ago, and see no use for it. Iheartcsx (talk) 03:08, 6 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Copyright violation, I think. This is a satellite view of a town, attributed to Wikimapia. But Wikimapia gets its satellite views from Google Maps, and those satellite images are not freely licensed. —Bkell (talk) 16:27, 6 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Possible copyright violation. No source is given, and this user has uploaded other images found on the Internet and tagged them with {{cc-by-sa-3.0}} (see User talk:Godopon#File permission problem with File:Tai Kong Building.jpg). This same image, at higher resolution, appears at [1] (see [2]). Here's the catch: This particular map looks similar in style to many other maps that have been uploaded to Wikipedia or the Commons, so it's possible that this map originally came from here (freely licensed), was then used elsewhere on the Internet, and was copied back by this uploader. But this map doesn't appear in commons:Category:Maps of Sabah or similar categories, so I can't confirm this. —Bkell (talk) 16:57, 6 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Fails to identify author and copyright holder of 3D artwork (both the model of the statue and the partially completed statue itself) per WP:NFCC#10a. Also, the rationale used for Sculpture of the United States is invalid per WP:NFCC#1 - this image is used in a gallery on that article, and there are plenty of free images that could be used to demonstrate the topic. Unused screenshot of a video game. Tagged with {{cc-by-2.5}}, but the cited software license doesn't mention Creative Commons. Instead, it says, "3. You are NOT allowed to take our art (2d/3d files), and use it for your own devious purpose, either commercial or not. The only exception is if you want to make some sort of fan website, in which case it is OK to use some of our art on that site. Of course, taking a screenshot and using it for whatever you need is perfectly OK. Just don't use our art for your own game/software. If you really want to do that, then send me an e-mail, with information on where/how/what/why you want to use, and, most likely, we can come to a deal."
