- Delete; the uploader removed it from his own userpage more than a year ago (before it was overwritten with the current image), so it's not been in any valid use. We shouldn't have any qualms about deleting images of users tha are uploaded with the sole purpose of illustrating users if they've not been used for that purpose in a long time. - File:Paul Palumbo and Jessi.jpg (delete | talk | history | logs) – uploaded by Paul Palumbo (notify | contribs | uploads).
- Unused personal photo. (File:76545357995743.jpg redirects to this). One of the subject is the uploader. Most likely sent to the uploader by the photographer making this an unfree file as someone other than the uploader has taken the photo. NOTE: This file was already sent to PuI but it was declined by an admin who felt it may be a "work for hire" or "used with permission" and it should be sent it IfD instead. - Comment - I declined the PUF because I thought that it is a free file. I recommended FFD, but only meant to do so if the nominator thought the image should be deleted regardless because it's unused and useless. As such, I informed the nominator I think this is the wrong venue and that (s)he should take it to deletion review. I admit I am not perfect, but I believe my interpretation of policy is correct in this instance. Relevant discussion is on my talk page. Magog the Ogre (talk) 21:13, 14 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

- Comment: Actually I don't hate the original research concept and have wondered why it is not really considered a valid argument when it comes to certain user created maps or graphs or manipulated images. And when you say "UE", I am guessing you mean "Use English"? Not sure how that applies to the name of this image. Soundvisions1 (talk) 06:09, 15 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]
