- I find it difficult to believe the user who uploaded this image took it, given a view of their talk page, which shows all the copyvios they have uploaded since their time here. — Dædαlus Contribs 04:18, 11 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]
-- I second this notion for delete as this photo looks like copyrighted photo. Eddie5000 (talk)

- File:Doves Catch the Sun CD2.jpg (delete | talk | history | logs) – uploaded by REM_Monster (notify | contribs | uploads).
- Redundant non-free alternate album cover. This "alternate" cover (actualy just the cover of CD2 of the same release) is virtualy identical to the cover of CD1, just a bit different colors and minus the "includes two exclusive new tracks..." sticker/textbox from the first. I would not consider these two covers to be different enough to warrant two seperate non-free images to illustrate the article, the second one adds nothing to the article, and it's pretty well established practice to only allow alternate covers if they are notably different from the "main" one. - Offsite concerns that this cover may be a fake. Note that I can't list the site directly because it triggers the spam filter; see pulsemusic.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=country&action=display&thread=96180&page=2 for said concerns. - Was nominated for deletion for missing evidence of permission. The note with the instructions was removed but no actual evidence was provided, only "permission was given by the author" added by the uploader with the edit summary "information provide as request". - Image was uploaded in June 2009 at deviantart with a copyright claim. Also see file talk page discussion. Hekerui (talk) 22:36, 11 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]
- As previous stated Photo is free to be used anywhere by my permission. Yes it shown on deviantart and I am aware of this. Eddie5000 (talk) —Preceding undated comment added 22:41, 11 May 2010 (UTC).[reply]
- Delete - Editor has been very unclear about the source of this photo. As discussed on the file's talk page, ze originally claimed to have been given the photo by the photographer. Editor later claimed to be the photographer. As photo has been widespread on the net for a while, we have requested a link to the editor's original upload. Editor has (so far) ignored these requests. - SummerPhD (talk) 00:40, 12 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]
- You want original link. Here it is: deviantart. Note: I never claimed photo was given to me. I am the owner. I only claimed it was given to me on another photo. Please get the fact straight before posting non-relevant fact on the web. REQUEST NOT TO DELETE THIS PHOTO Eddie5000 (talk)
- Comment - When you said, "Personal Taken by Photographer who gave me a release for this photo", it seemed to indicate that someone else took the picture. You later claimed to be the author, then that it is your own work (which you later repeated). On the file's talk page, I noted an old page (5 June 2009) on deviantart with this photo claiming copyright. Now you claim this new page (less than 15 hours old) on that site is your original upload. You are either very confused about what we are looking for or not acting in good faith. - SummerPhD (talk) 13:54, 12 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]
- Delete. I'm truly sorry if you're acting in good faith, Eddie, but its better to be safe than sorry when it comes to copyright. The evidence just isn't in your favor. liquidluck✽talk 04:56, 13 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]
- Delete, there's no solid evidence that Eddie and tr4shymylife are the same person. Nyttend (talk) 04:08, 14 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]
- Delete, I actually saved an image similar to this on my computer a while ago. QuasyBoy (talk) 22:31, 18 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]
