- This is not an image from a press kit. It is the exact duplicate of an image uploaded by a now banned editor who claimed it was from something else entirely - if memory serves, supposedly a gift from someone or something similar and factually, it is an improperly uploaded copy of a previously deleted image. Examining this image shows that it was published in a magazine and is therefore a copyright infringement. Wildhartlivie (talk) 07:21, 1 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]
- Delete. It can't be from the Warner Bros. archive and TCM both. TCM owns MGM films, not Warners, so there is no valid source given. Nor is this in any way a publicity photo. It looks like a home candid, or some equivalent amateur photo. Uploader said it came from a magazine, which pretty much eliminates the stated source anyway. Then, on the article talk page they said it came from Flickr, but gave no link. --Wikiwatcher1 (talk) 07:57, 1 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]
- And let's not overlook the fact that this same editor uploaded it to Flickr under a copyright [1]. Wildhartlivie (talk) 13:45, 1 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

- Photo claims to have been taken in 1990 and is sourced to a copyrighted work, but was listed as public domain. Adelphoi En Kardia Dia Biou (talk) 10:47, 1 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]
- Added missing fair use rationale for non-free content. Could someone versed in the area please review the pending deletion (and remove the two licensing issue templates -- one of which I tlx'd). Thanks!
- Note: In the future, please notify the uploader as is listed in the FfD instructions. jheiv talk contribs 17:46, 2 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]
- Delete Fails WP:NFCC#8 as it doesn't significantly increase understanding. Merely stating that it was found seems that it would serve the same purpose as there is no discussion of the jug besides its caption. I'll also point out that it's now an orphaned unfree image as it was removed here. VernoWhitney (talk) 15:02, 4 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]
- Keep I disagree. I think it does significantly increase understanding of the topic. This seems very subjective, but the graphic does much more than just mention that it was found. It demonstrates that the letters Kappa and Sigma are displayed with prominence on the artwork, and without other letters or symbols. It also demonstrates the historical significance of the organization and lends credit to it's claim of originating in the 1400s. W/R/T it being orphaned, I asked for an editprotected edit to remove it in case the file was deleted, but expect to have it replaced it in the article once the FfD closes. jheiv talk contribs 19:46, 8 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]
