Comment I have grave reservations about images such as this, which are claimed by one side of an argument to depict what they claim it depicts. Make no mistake, I have no truck with the Taliban, but neither do I have any sympathy for polemic. The image itself is open to interpretation, and we have only the word of a website that this image supports what it is claimed. If you showed me this image in isolation from any context, I would in no way support its use here; but its context is a polemical claim, and as such, should be regarded with at least circumspection, if not suspicion. Suffice it so say that a neutral position is virtually impossible to achieve here, and on balance, I'd say the image fails to justify its claims. That's all I have to say on thus.

Unencyclopedic: The map has multiple issues with the used names, many wrong-doings picturing borders of provinces and countries. Many issues are discussed on the talk page and the solution wasn't found. The map isn't referenced either. What makes you think this is postcard scan ? Why would someone make a postcard with a chainlink fence in the foreground, and use an image with perspective/tilt issues ? Uploader hasn't edited in almost three years and does not state of whom this is an image. Tineye shows no match, so I accept it's a free image and might find a place on Commons, but they won't accept it without provenance and detail. So sadly, it's useless to us and should go.
