User claims that he took the image himself, but at least two of his other recent uploads are blatant copies from NBA.com and Getty Images. I'm guessing he just pulled this from Google Images, since it's on the first page of results. I'm not sure who actually owns the copyright on the image, though. One of many non-free images uploaded for use in TurnKey Linux Virtual Appliance Library which consist of various registered trademarks merged with TurnKey's logo. CC-BY-SA licensing is inappropriately claimed by uploader and attempts to remediate the licensing problems by applying {{Non-free logo}} have been repeatedly reverted. {{di-no fair use rationale}} tags were also inexplicably removed. Images are spammed into *many* inappropriate categories and attempts to remove the unnecessary ones have also been repeatedly reverted. Finally uploader and article author is founder of article subject (WP:COI). -- samj _in ^out 13:33, 25 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]
(in reference to all the turnkey images). This is easily solved by restoring the "non-free logo" and the "di-no fair use rational", and telling the involved parties that they will get blocks of increasing duration if they keep removing the tags.

P.D.:(except for File:TurnKey-Drupal.png, because the Drupal logo is licensed under GFDL 2 or later[1])

Your "interest" in TurnKey (or its images) is vindictive, as evidenced by your threats on Twitter. Note: These images are completely unnecessary as they already have File:Turnkey-logo-blue-website.png to identify their company/project/roadshow/whatever. See for yourself how the images are [ab]used in TurnKey Linux Virtual Appliance Library. Whether or not the images are necessary is an editorial decision that should be discussed on the article's talk page not here, but int a nutshell the images provide a better visual representation of what the project is about than a screenshot. This non-free image "serves as the primary means of visual identification of the specified move" but the subject is still active as a wrestler in the "Juggalo Championship", so that this would seem to be replaceable. Non-free content rationale states that "[i]mage is protected by copyright and trademark, therefore a free use alternative will not exist" but this mistakes the intent of WP:NFCC#1 and the meaning of "replaceable" here.
