Delete from WP:MYSPACE, criteria 2: "Please upload only files that are used (or will be used) in encyclopedia articles or project pages; anything else will be deleted. If you have extra relevant images, consider uploading them to the Wikimedia Commons, where they can be linked from Wikipedia". And it's an orphan. And the subject is non-notable. This discussion does not indicate that Wheaton explicitly released the image under the GFDL; it looks more like Wikipedia-only permission, which isn't accepted by Wikipedia policy. It is Sharif . This image is widely used on the net (sometimes at this res but mostly lower). Given the heavy compression, lack of exif and no provenance on the image page....I am of the opinion that the licence and attribution (self-made) is dubious. It seems that this version predates the upload here by a month. Delete unless there is some clarity that this is not a webscraping - Peripitus (Talk) 04:35, 11 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]
