- Living subject, so normally would be deemed replaceable. In this instance, the subject is imprisoned, so obtaining a replacement is somewhat tricky. I've declined the speedy, and brought it here for discussion. PhilKnight (talk) 23:06, 3 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]
- Keep – per Wikipedia:NFCC#1; subject is a well-known Belgian serial killer serving a life sentence in that country. Presumably, he was not known by the public until his apprehension, so any available images will be non-free, such as those from the media and any prisons in which he is held. -- momoricks 00:33, 4 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]
