- comment almost certainly a derivative of File:Map of West Virginia highlighting Berkeley County.svg or File:Map of West Virginia highlighting Jefferson County.svg or its equivalent. There would be no copyright beyond public domain as that is what it's parent map has been released as, and there is very little creativity added. However it could be deleted due to being unused. - Delete per nom; authorless, orphaned, low res, and, in addition, does a terrible job at portraying its subject (the Bunker Hill Memorial, if I'm not mistaken). If the uploader did create it, then he needs to get better res and a better shot; if not, then it violates copyright policy (by not giving credit to the author and the appropriate taggings) Cheers, I'mperator 22:15, 17 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

- Nonfree photo of a historical marker in a publicly-accessible location. The fair use rationale is correct in saying "At this time there is no known equivalent photograph available for use. No known page editors have a suitable replacement". However, this should be treated like a nonfree image of a living person: there's no reason that a Wikimedia editor couldn't photograph the marker and release it freely. "Replaceable" means "able to be replaced with a nonfree image", not "able to be replaced by an already-available nonfree image". Nyttend (talk) 13:18, 11 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]
- Speedy delete as blatantly replaceable non-free content. Any editor with a camera can replace it. I've removed it from the article it was in, as this is a seriously blatant abuse. --Hammersoft (talk) 14:24, 11 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]
- Comment I'm not sure this is replaceable with free content. The text on the sign would be copyrighted by the Indiana Historical Bureau. Unless they were to release it under a free license, then it's still a non-free image. I suspect the only NFCC that applies is 8, and I have no strong opinion as to if it qualifies. — PyTom (talk) 15:17, 11 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]
- 'delete unacceptable and unfair use. Since it is a photo of text, this could be described in text. Graeme Bartlett (talk) 00:53, 12 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

- Keep easily falls within fair use criteria, for identifying the company, it is very likely that the copyright holder requested its presence at WP:IFU.
- Keep per above; company logos are generally allowed by Wikipedia. A note to the nominator: NFCC redirects to Pakistan National Football Challenge Cup; you need to put a "WP:" in front of it (i.e WP:NFCC). Cheers, I'mperator 00:43, 12 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]
