- File:TheBlogGenerationY.png (delete | talk | history | logs) - uploaded by Yoaniedits (notify | contribs).
- This website screenshot can't be released to PD by the blog author because it contains non-negligible pieces of third-part potentially copyrighted work, like a picture by some Luiz Pardo Lazo and the logo of Time's magazine. Also, it cannot be re-tagged as fair use since a free version is now obviously conceivable. Damiens.rf 01:43, 16 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

- File:Bill Clinton at Bæjarins beztu.png (delete | talk | history | logs) - uploaded by Einir Ragnarsson (notify | contribs).
- The fact that Bill Clinton ate at Bæjarins Beztu Pylsur doesn't mean that a non-free image is needed to illustrate the event. A free image of the hot dog stand should suffice, with the in-text description of famous visitors. –Drilnoth (T • C • L) 20:26, 16 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

- The album is used in the artist's infobox to illustrate the artist without critical commentary about the album against "solely to illustrate the audio recording in question" from the licensing agreement and against Wikipedia:Non-free content. Also since the artist is still alive, this is a replaceable fair use image. Aspects (talk) 20:53, 16 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]
- Keep Critical commentary has been added on the photo info page, and could be transferred over to the article page if needed. Sf46 (talk) 03:24, 18 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]
- A fair use image cannot be used in an infobox to represent a living person because there would never be enough critical commentary in the caption to justify its use. Aspects (talk) 22:35, 19 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

- The album is used in the artist's article to illustrate the band without critical commentary about the album against "solely to illustrate the audio recording in question" from the licensing agreement and against Wikipedia:Non-free content. The image was not used in the article for almost one year but was added back to the article after the image was tagged with a disputed fair use rationale for the article Uruguayan Invasion. - The album is used in the artist's article to illustrate the band without critical commentary about the album, and in fact no mention of the album whatsoever, against "solely to illustrate the audio recording in question" from the licensing agreement and against Wikipedia:Non-free content. The image was not used in the article for almost one year but was added back to the article after the image was tagged with a disputed fair use rationale for the article Uruguayan Invasion.
